基于微流体芯片的迁移率检测技术,利用底物和产物所带电荷的不同将两者分离后再分别检测,提高了分析混合样品的可靠性和适用性。该技术可以直接、定量、实时的监测底物和产物信号的变化,特别适用于酶学分析。例如,可以通过监测磷酸化的荧光标记的底物多肽的形成来测量激酶的活性。
